OMAHA, NE – Mississippi State used a balanced attack and strong pitching to even the best-of-three final at the College World Series with a 13-2 win over Vanderbilt on Tuesday night.
The Bulldogs benefitted from 10 walks and had six different players drive in runs, including four from second baseman Scotty Dubrule.
The teams will face off on Wednesday night for the national championship.
